New members receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. Example: a ৳1,000 deposit adds a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a balance of ৳2,500; to withdraw the bonus, a wagering requirement of ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500 must be completed.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonus funds are not treated as cash directly; the bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.
• Not all games may contribute equally toward the wagering requirement — for certain games, only a portion of each bet may count.
• If a bonus is claimed from multiple accounts, both accounts will be closed and the bonus forfeited.

General Gaming Rules

• If a technical error in a game leaves the outcome of a bet uncertain, bat reserves the right to void that bet and return the stake.
• The RNG (Random Number Generator) results of the registered game service provider shall be considered final.
• If a bet or game round is left incomplete due to an internet disconnection, the result will be determined based on the data recorded in the system.

Sports Betting Rules

• If a match or event ends before its scheduled time or is suspended, bat will settle bets in accordance with standard industry practice.
• In live betting, odds may change in real time; the odds at the moment a bet is confirmed shall apply.
• bat reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly incorrect odds.

Maximum Bet and Win Limits

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bat platform. Violation of these rules may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

1. Operating an account on behalf of, or under the identity of, another person.
2. Placing bets in a systematic way to gain a financial advantage from the bonus system ("bonus hunting").
3. Playing games or placing bets using automated software, bots, or any other automated method.
4. Deliberately exploiting any technical error or vulnerability in the platform.
5. Using the platform for fraud, deception, or money laundering.
6. Harassing other members or disrupting the normal operation of the platform.

bat reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Registering an account with false or inaccurate information.
• Suspicious transactions or unusual betting patterns.
• Failure to submit verification documents.

A member may request the closure of their own account at any time. After closure, any remaining balance will generally be paid out following the standard withdrawal process, unless an investigation is active.

bat provides its services on an "as is" basis. bat's liability is limited in the following areas:

• Any loss caused by internet connectivity issues or third-party network outages.
• Loss arising from a member's own negligence or disclosure of account details to a third party.
• Service disruption caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, government directives, or cyber attacks.
• Any errors in games or services provided by third parties.

In any circumstances, bat's maximum financial liability shall be limited to the amount of the most recent deposit made to the relevant member's account.
